What makes this programme special is:
- the experience and knowledge of the four entrepreneurs and the support of Bristol Business School
- the focus on analysis and insight as basis for building a new future
- the production of an action plan for the delivery of a better and more sustainable business
- the assessment of the action plan by the four entrepreneurs at the end of the programme
- the commitment to support the implementation of the plan for a minimum of 3 months after the programme
- the principal that those involved in the delivery of the programme must have relevant experience and commercial ‘battle scars’ in addition to training and mentoring skills
It is also structured on a modular basis so that the owner/manager/entrepreneur need only spend 2 days a fortnight away from their business over a period of 8 weeks.
