The Programme
The course concept is centred around putting you and your business at the heart of the learning and development process. Learning will not be confined to just the 2 day modules but will also take place in between them and, in particular, after the course.
From the outset you will be encouraged to look at your business against the benchmarks of best practice – and to present and compare your current profile and evolving plans with the course leaders and your peers. This will enable you to benefit from invaluable feedback based on real entrepreneurial experience. The use of ‘peer’ reviews is particularly powerful in giving you new insights into your business from very different perspectives brought to life through the business stories, the challenges and the successes of others.
The programme is dedicated to identifying barriers to you being successful and then supporting you in creating strategies that will enable you to break through to growing your business so that it reaches its full potential. By the end of the programme you will have produced a full action plan that will be your blueprint for the future.
After the final module, you will present your plan to our 4 highly successful entrepreneurs who will not only tell you how feasible your plan is but also share their thoughts on how you could improve it even further.
Your ability, commitment and determination to implement that plan immediately following the course will also have been boosted by a series of key inputs on core subjects and by hearing the stories of successful entrepreneurs who will visit Clevedon Hall as guest speakers.
Often the enthusiasm generated from a course is dissipated on return to the everyday business issues. With this programme one of the entrepreneurs that you have met will be available to support you over the 3 months following the course just to ensure that your intentions do turn into real actions. This will take the form of reviewing early results and discussing appropriate changes in the light of new circumstances or evidence of the need to change direction. The formal programme concludes at this point but you will continue to have informal access to your course leaders and fellow participants as well as the opportunity to attend future events on a preferred basis.
